1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item was damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@hezlineclat.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Attach clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the return address


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Clearance or final-sale items


6. Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
